Drop and Flop!No Comments
Many thanks to Mark and his son for sharing this great move with us! Mark adds that practice is *key* before going live.
“I my son lay on his back on my queen size bed, feet at the edge of the bed on one side, head towards the center of the bed. I reach out and grab his upper legs, with my torso facing away from the bed, right hand on right leg, left hand on left leg, and slowly tug him to the edge of the bed, until just his head and shoulders on are on the bed. Then I pull him the rest of the way off, and as his head starts to drop down, I quickly flip him back up and over so that he lands on the bed, on his back, exactly where he started.”
